Mythology about Karnaprayag

According to the fabled Hindu legend, Karnaprayag is the place where the great Karna, father of Pawan Dev and Kunti committed a serious act of penance. Believing in his absolute dedication and devotion to God and devotion, Karna was praising the Sun God.
